Available for sale is this vintage 1-70 1-80 McCulloch chainsaw from around 1959. The bottom of the saw shows 1-80 and 1-70 with a line through the 1-80. Look at pictures. The saw is HUGE and is truly a beast with its 24" bar! I would guess that that the saw weighs an easy 25-30lbs! The saw still sports it's ORIGINAL McCulloch bar and the large chain. The chain is pretty stiff. I installed an electronic ignition in it and threw a splash of 20:1 gas/oil mix in the carb and the old beast... roared to life for a moment. The carb will surely need rebuilding and or cleaning. I have a video of it running that I can send. The saw still has wrist breaking compression but will need work and restoration. The saw is a project or parts saw and will need work. There may be parts or screws missing that I'm not aware of so please look over the pictures. These 1-70, 1-80, 1-90 saws are very rarely on eBay!
