Please read description before placing bids. Will be listing several vintage items in the following days and months to come so combine auctions and save on shipping. Up for consideration is a Jacob. J Teufel ampotaion set in original box with Doctors name on brass plague Dr H R Case or K R Case ???. Jacob Teufel was a small instrument supplier during the Civil War from 1857-1900 not exactly sure the date on this set maybe 1870-1880's ????. Set has 7 ...items the 4 knifes and hook are all marked JJ Teufel and some read Phila, one is marked very lightly and all have black Ebony cross hatched handles. The 2 saws can't find a name 1 larger one is marked with a number 4 and the smaller one with the number 130 on bottom of handle. The tourniquet is in working condition. Box measure 16" across by 4 1/4" wide. Condition is exceptionally clean just some minute spotting on saw blades and knifes looks like will polish out. Saw blades are sharp and looks like hardly used. Large swa measures 15" long with handle. Ebony handles show no cracks and are also in excellent condition. THIS SET MISSING 1 BONE SNIPS THAT GO UNDER THE SAW AND 1 TWEEZERS. Also has no key for box.
