Made in Germany and hand painted.Measures just over 5.5" tall. I have owned this Santa for over 30 years. He is in the exact same condition as to when I acquired him.There is paint loss but the paint is not flaking off. Santa can be handled and the paint stays on. The pain...t is not loose and does not fall off.Santa has never been re-painted and I do not see any repairs.All original paint.Santa does not have the wind up toy, flying/weather vane type mechanism that he originally had over 100 years ago.
