This genuine antique match ball striker table vesta stands 55mm (2.25") high x 60mm (2.25") across and weighs 228 grams. The rim is hallmarked for solid English sterling silver Birmingham 1905 with the makers mark for Herbert Bushell. It is in really good antique condition with none of the normal dents to the rim and no repairs or restorations. The matches are stored upright in the centre and struck on the ribbed glass. A fine Edwardian silver table vesta ready for use and display sold... with no reserve.
