King Silver Flair trumpet, Early 1970s Vintage. I’ve owned this horn since 1972...serial number dates it around 1971 release. Finish is in very good condition with a few stray dimples, about 6, all around the bend of the bell tube. Hopefully pictures will show them. Finish was never shiny like bright silver, more rich and dark like a shiny Nickle (5 cent piece). It has short throw, very fast valves and a first valve trigger along with a 3rd valve finger loop. The serial number of the... horn is engraved on the shank of each valve...a matching set. The horn is thoroughly cleaned and lubed and ready to blow. Horn blows sweet and likes a challenge. Often labeled a jazz horn, maybe for its bright tone quality. Case is in solid condition, handle is a little tattered. Case hinges and latches are very good. Condition is Used.
