Antique Victorian Gold Tone Unusual Decorative Large Padlock Shape Locket PendantA beautiful and very unusual antique Victorian locket, made of a gold tone metal. This attractive locket is shaped like a padlock, with a curved bar across the top (for decoration only, it is not a functioning padlock!). the font and back are engraved with a spaiders web style design, with a blank shield and small flowers too. A sweet antique piece of jewelleryInside features space for two photos or a smal...l trinket or lock of hair. There is just one original frame and glass still in place - but you could easily affix a photo in the other side too if desired.The locket measures 3.4 cms tall. It locket opens and closes securely, and 'clicks' shut. The locket weighs 6.7 grams. The locket is fair antique condition with some wear. It has a few surface scratches and some tarnish too. There are two small dark dots on the front of the exterior. The hinge is a little wobbly but is secure, however this locket should be treated with a gentle hand as she has had many years of love. All vintage items are cleaned and sanitised before we sell them. However, for your own piece of mind we suggest that on arrival of your order you use your own method of sanitising at home before wearing your new pieces.
Vintage goods need to be carefully looked after to retain their beauty. We can not be held liable for any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, accident and/or negligence.

For all our items listed under £50 postage is FAST AND FREE in the UK! For UK customers items under £50 will be sent 1st Class recorded Delivery, items over £50 will be sent Next Day Special Delivery
For overseas customers all items are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For, fully insured. If you are an overseas buyer who buys multiple items you can request an invoice from us and we will combine postage for you.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
A tracking number is obtained for every order.
Returns or Problems
If you wish to return an item for an reason, please do not open an eBay case against us, we will process your refund and ensure you have the correct return address much quicker if you simply send us a message to inform us that you wish to return the item. All goods much be returned in the condition the were sent, with ALL original packaging. Return postage will only be paid if the item has been mis-described. Please send the item back via the method used to send it to you (Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class or Next Day Special Delivery)
Please note that we DO NOT accept returns from outside of the UK. If you are buying an item from outside of the UK please be completely sure that you want it as we do not accept returns from overseasWe cannot accept liability for goods that go missing or are damaged in transit. We will of course, assist you the best we can, and provide you with all the information you need to make a claim for your missing item with Royal Mail.
Damaged goods in the post must be reported to Dear Rose, With Love within 24 hours of arrival of the goods (within 24 hours of your signature for the parcel). After this time we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported. If your item is damaged please send a photograph to us with your initial email, including a photograph of packaging if you believe the item to have been damaged in the post to help us with a Royal Mail claim. If you notice damage to the parcel prior to signing for it, then please do not sign for it and have it redirected back to us by the return address on the parcel.
