Antique PAIR 18C Russian Polish Judaica Shabbat Sabbath 9. 75 " Brass Candlesticks
Item History & Price
This listing is for a Pair (2) of Old Vintage 18th Century Judaica Shabbat / Jewish Sabbath 9.75" (24.8 cm) Tall Brass Candle Holders. Russian or Polish origin. They have square bases with 4 feet.
They are in excellent antique condition overall. No breaks, splits, bad dents, or repairs. The threaded ends screw into the bases with a nice tight fit. They look to be an original matched set! ... There is NO lead or cloth added to make them fit as you commonly see with "married" candlesticks. They have some usual small dents, minor wax residue, and tool marks. They are not polished and have their original patina with some discolored spots here and there. No other issues. Please view the photos carefully as they are my main description.
They are heavy for their size weighing over 5 lbs together before packing and will be securely packaged.
They measure about 9 3/4" (24.8 cm) tall, 3 1/2" (9 cm) across the square bases, and 1 7/8" (4.7 cm) across tops with 3/4" (2 cm) diameter sockets.
Please feel free to Email with any questions and be sure to check out our other glassware, pottery, and antique items. Thanks!
