Trophy largemouth bass catching it's perch dinner on a wall mount style woodcarving, handcarved and painted by Casey Edwards in his contemporary style. Casey carves and paints steadily to bring you on a near daily basis his original wildlife and folkart woodcarvings of all kinds, including most all the game fish and pan fish species. Here, Casey created an underwater action scene where the this largemouth bass is pursuing a perch. As you can see these fish are equal to high grade taxid...ermy work. These fish have excited fins, slightly curved tails, open mouths, mounted in different positions, and Casey's very own way of carving in all the scales, finished with the wet look, and the fish are mounted on a piece of driftwood making this scene look very realistic with lots of action! This is the bass you always wanted to get mounted to remind you of that special day fishing. The piece measures 28" long, and the bass measures 20 1/2" long, while the perch is 8 1/2" long.
