INTERNATIONAL LOADSTAR CEMENT MIXER made by ERTL
Original condition.
Hard to find.
Original paint with nicks and scratches.
Appears to be in decent shape - with a couple of flaws.
There is a crack in the windshield, as pictured.
Drum does not rotate - there is a missing or broken piece which would center the front of the drum in the mounting plate behind the cab, so the gears currently to not mesh properly.
Still a very hard to find version of the Ertl Loadstar tru...ck.
