I have a sweet primitive pumpkin doll for you to consider today .She measures 19" tall.Made from painted aged osnaburg for her head and her body aged osnaburg, with a hand stitched face and a real dried pumpkin stem with moss tucked and a rusty bell to the side.Her jacket is made from a antique quilt, I have hand stitched around the bottom edge. Around her neck is a piece of a old doily, with a old button tucked in moss.Her antique quilt jacket is very worn but still has such wonderful... character Her skirt is made from a old cotton bedspread with hand stitching around the bottom edge.Her pantaloons are made from a old quilt, I have hand stitched around the bottom edge.Her old boots are painted and aged.I have stitched berry pips to her jacket tucked in moss with a rusty bell on top.Rusty pinned to her jacket is a old photo, I have signed and dated the back.She has been dusted with cinnamon for the primitive look.Sit her on a old chair or bench, tuck her on a side table....so many ideas!What a wonderful addition to your collection or a great gift!
