VINTAGE PAPER MACHE BILLY GOAT W. GERMANY 14"TALL CARNIVAL PRIZE. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. this little guy has survived for more than 50 years I believe. he was so dirty from storage but I could only wipe him off. didn't use water or soap. he still shows a little grime from storage, but he is just too cute. Cannot find any comparison so feel he is rare. no breaks or tears. little scuffing on ears and here & there. Billy goat rearing up on hind legs.... real button type eyes. probably bakelite . buying as shown and as described. NO he is not perfect but he is very old. Don't bid unless you are willing to accept his imperfections.
