Cards ended over $200 less than $500 must be sent by EMS Express of China Post, S/H will be $35, it takes about 2-7 business days. Cards ended over $500 must be sent by FEDEX/UPS/TNT/DHL priority, S/H will be $55, it takes about 4 business days
