Antique 11" Oval Cardboard CANDY BOX Cut VELVET + HP Flowers Silk RIBBONS w Key
Antique (Art Deco) oval cardboard candy box. Beige cut velvet, hand painted, featuring a blue vase of stylized flowers. Warm cream silk layered bows on the each side. Velvet all around the sides, moire paper lining inside, marbled paper on the bottom. Bras...s escutcheon with key (works). Apx 11 1/2" X 9" and 2 1/4" high. Brand or maker unknown. Please note the ribbons are fragile and shattered at the ends; otherwise very good, clean, well-preserved condition. Enlarge photos for detail. Perfect size to stash jewelry, lace, or treasures.
