This is a Ertl Steiger bright green tractor toy. It is a plastic toy. It makes sounds. Stands 4 3/4" tall and is about 6 1/2' long and 4" wide. It does work. It is in good used condition. It does have a few light scuffs and light wear to the wheels. The hitch area looks like it split and bent.
