Gorgeous mid-1980s Breitling Tabarly for sale by original owner. Comes with original box, all original links, and documentation. This model was design and tested by world famous yachtsman Eric Tabarly, the renowned French yachtsman who won the Single Handed Trans-Atlantic Race twice - once in 1964, and again in 1976. Tabarly was tragically swept overboard in 1998, and lost at sea. The watch... features the Tabarly signature on the dial, as well as "designed and tested by Eric Tabarly" on the back plate.

CONDITION: Watch is in lovely clean shape for its age. Has light scuffs and swirls consistent with age. Gold plated links show virtually no wear at all. Battery has been replaced and watch has been pressure-tested in December 2018. It's ticking along beautifully!
