Illinois pocket watch, 18 size, 17 jewels, lever set pendant wind, adjusted. Dates to 1903. Please look up the serial number on the database for all the particulars. This is described there as Railroad Grade. Before writing to correct me, it wasn't an until later that 16S, 21J, open face watches became the standard for the railroads.Thank you!
Condition: Double Sunk 60 minute porcelain Dial is Very nice with only a tight hairline a...t the bottom. Watch Does Not run! The balance is good but the mainspring feels broken. Includes the leather "chain". The case is by Illinois Watch Case Co. signed Spartan.
