Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Caspar Luyken' after an anonymous artist. Engraver: Caspar Luyken / Luiken (bas...ed on monogram C.L. in some of the plates in the originating work). (1672-1708) was a Dutch engraver and draughtsman. He was the son and worked with Jan Luyken (1649-1712). He also worked for Christoph Weigel and Romeyn de Hooghe.Subject: Antique print, titled: 'Plaat II. De kust der Noord zee van de Land engte van America bewesten Portobello. Condition: Good, given age. Light horizontal crease with minimal browning. Original fold as issued. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
