Performance:The Unit has been fully serviced and tested. A full recap of the power supply board was professionally completed.The unit is 100% functional (Tuner, Aux, Phono, Tape Loop, Speaker L/R Main and Ext.
All pots, switches have... been cleaned and lubed - no scratchy or undesirable noise when making control adjustments.
The Dial lights and VU meters have been upgraded to LED, which is much healthier on the life of the power supply. It is hard to photo, and looks very nice in person.
Please note, without an antenna the tuner makes a pulsing noise, 100% corrected with antenna plugged in. This is consistent with the user manual setup instructions as an antenna is required to complete the muting circuit for this unit.
This is a very sweet sounding unit and delivers that great Marantz sound you expect to hear.

Cosmetics:The Unit is very nice and very clean inside and out.
The Blackface is a black matted finish with etched writing. This is an aftermarket add and not an OEM face from Marantz.
The wood cabinet is also an aftermarket reproduction recently purchased. I do currently have a very nice original cabinet as well. If I still have it at the time of purchase I am happy to swap if you prefer the original cabinet. If I do not have the original at the time of purchase or no message is sent, you will receive the aftermarket cabinet in the photos.
The only cosmetic considerations if the plastic bezel around the dial screen has some discoloration and there are some micro scuffs to the dial screen.
