A rare vintage playset. For the age it is in good condition. This is for the HOUSE ONLY there are no dolls or accessories included.All the stickers inside are in tact, there is a tiny part of the pebble path near the front door is missing. and the doors are intact within the house. The little garden gate is missing and the picket fence is leaning slightly however the fence is in great condition, there are not splits or missing parts to the fence.The carry handle is in very good conditi...on. On the roof of the cottage there are a couple of scuffs in the purple paint.The front doormat catch for opening the house is fully function and returns to the original place when the house is closed.All the flaws listed are shown in the pictures.
