Vintage Tru-Scale International Red Dump Truck.
It has paint wear, scratches, and some surface rust.
There is some silver paint that looks like it had spilled in the back of the truck and on the top portion of the dump bed.
The hydraulics no longer work and the dump bed won't come up.
It measures 14 1/2" long, 5 3/4" wide, and stands 5 1/2".
