C1819 English East India Company 1/4 Mohur 17mm Gold Coin Mounted In Brooch

Firstly...... I Know this is no longer a collectable coin to the coin buyers.... its way passed that now with it fully secured into the brooch surround, one is never going to be able to get it out and save it as a coin. This coin will appeal to the collectors of items made from coins and there are many of those folks about that appreciate this for what it is. So please do not try and tell me this is only worth the bullion value of the 22ct gold coin and the 9ct gold mount. If its t...oo rich for you walk on by and have a laugh on me. 

This is a Georgian period English East India Company gold coin that has been mounted in a small gold frame and turned into a brooch.
Not the best idea for it but it has been saved from going into the melting pot over the years.
I have just been informed by someone this is from the MADRAS mint.  c1819 / 20 in date. 

The front of the coin which is facing outwards has Arabic characters on it.
The rev has the Lion stood on a ball holding a crown and the legend simply says ENGLISH EAST INDIA COMPANY. 
The frame mount is has nautical style rope twisting around it. This frame I would think is 9ct gold and the coin will be 22ct gold. 
I cannot weight the coin either but I can measure it and its 17mm dia.... making it a 1/4 MOHUR I believe... once again I am all ears if you know exactly what it is I have.  
No maker's marks or metal marks etc.
In collectable condition with normal signs of age and use wear. No damage to the metalware from what I can see. The coin itself is rubbed and the top has more wear than the rev. The rev also has some snots of gold on it from when it was placed in the mount by the jeweller.
It was probably made into a brooch during the Victorian period as its a fairly common idea back then with gold and silver coins.Please see pictures provided for more details.

It measures approx. 30mm in diameter in total and weighs approx....7.6 grams.
The pin of the brooch is steel.

Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter.
