Payment: Payment is expected within 3 days of auction closing. Purchase is cancelled if payment is not received by the 8th day. Do not email me after the auction has ended, asking that I cancel the sale because you: entered an incorrect bid amount; realized this is a duplicate; realized sales tax is charged; failed to read the shipping terms; stepped away from your computer and your cat placed a bid; etc. These requests will be ignored and I will let the eBay system deal with you.
Partial Refunds: I do not give partial refunds. If you are not happy with an item, feel free to return it. Asking for a partial refund so you won't return an item is poor form and will get you blocked from my auctions.
Slab Scratches & Chips: Slabs are fragile and can scratch and chip easily. If a slab arrives chipped and it was not mentioned in the auction or visible in the picture, you may return it for a refund, but I will not have it reholdered for you or offer you a discount to keep it.
