It's wheels spin freely. The windshield is broken. It has been played with and has some scuffs but is still a solid toy. It is 9" long, 3 1/4" wide and 5 1/4" high. See pictures. If you want it faster, it will cost more but I can do it if you ask. I also use FEDEX GROUND, UPS GROUND and USPS MEDIA MAIL when appropriate. Unless FREE SHIPPING is offered, there is a small surcharge on each package to help cover the cost of tape, address labels, etc. To international buyers, any CUSTOMS fees or VAT are at the buyers expense.
