You are looking at a lot of Vintage 1990s kid's meals figures from Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, and one from Taco Bell. Most of these are sealed, but were in storage for a long time, and the packaging and even the paperwork inside of some them have some soil or wear. Also, some of the metal rollers on the bottoms of some have some rusting. The figures themselves appear to be in good shape and are in the original packaging unless marked "loose figure".
