A large original Art Deco Lamp. The figure of a dancing lady stands on the Alabaster base and holds the alabaster globe lamp . The figure is marked at the top of one of her legs GERMANY, as shown in the photograph, but I can find no other makers marks. It is in working order and appears to have been rewired but must be checked by a qualified electrician before use and will be supplied without a plug as a decorative item only. This is a large lamp measuring 22 inches high an...d it is heavy weighing 5.6 kilograms. The figure is in good condition with no repairs or damage. The globe has some chips around the rim where it is held in place with the metal clip and it is a little loose because of this, but is perfectly secure when in place. The alabaster base has minor nibbles around the edge. If the lamp is posted I would prefer to remove the figure from the base for the journey.
