If you're looking at this, then you already know how delicious this amp sounds. Super lush vibrato and hauntingly beautiful reverb. This particular Falcon is in insanely great condition. I bought it years ago from an old guy on ebay who took great care of it. Most of the early 60's Falcons are either falling apart or cosmetically hurting. This one has the original 12" Jensen speaker, knobs, parts and the Tree Brown Tolex is in excellent condition with no wear and tear. I've recor...ded on two albums with this amp and used it in a studio setting. It has so much color and character and it's so beautiful that my girlfriend (who is tired of dating musicians her whole life) didn't mind having it in the living room when not in use. : )
I'm selling my Fender Deluxe and this amp and buying a pricey Benson Monarch. It's just time for a big change and I'm about to move states so one amp instead of two makes it the perfect time to sell it. I know I'll buy another one years from now and I may end up paying more and/or having one in worse condition but it just makes sense for me right now for the above reasons.
I hope someone will give it a good home, appreciate it fully and play it often. She's a really wonderful amp and made me sound like a much better player than I am. ; )
