The Meyer-Optik Görlitz Trioplan 100 2.8 is a fast telephoto lens that is renowned for its twirling boo...keh and a certain image glow. The Meyer-Optik Görlitz Trioplan 100 2.8 is highly valued by collectors as it represents a milestone for telephoto lenses. It can therefore be quiet expensive compared to other lenses in its’ focal length.
The Meyer-Optik Görlitz Trioplan 100 2.8 is most famous for its’ unique creamy bookeh – a true twirling delight. Artistic and portraiture photographers will love this lens as it invites the user to experiment with deliberate over exposure and other artistic photography techniques. The overall image sharpness is only good when stopped down. This creates unique looking images that have a specific feel to it.The overall build quality is well above average. The full metal construction with integrated lens hood is a true delight that overshadows any modern lens. For a 100mm lens, the Meyer-Optik Görlitz Trioplan 100 2.8 is also very light and relatively compact.

Condition:Body is in good condition (has some signs of use). Glass is clean from scratches (only few cleaning marks on the front element which don't have affect on quality or sharpness). Iris blades are clean of oil. There is no haze, no fungus or dust inside. The diaphragm moves nicely at every aperture position. The diaphragm-control ring turns smoothly and accurate. The focusing turns smoothly and precise. I can send more detailed photos - just ask.Last photos were made with this lens and Sony-A7 digital camera using M42-NEX adapter (f/2.8) Comes With:Front and rear lens caps, lens hood and original leather lens case.
