Vintage store display card with two NOS Keep Tys baby shoe bells lace keepers in original packs with papers still attached. "Tinkle Bell" marked Creative Craft. Made in Florida back when folks used to make things in the USA. These creative Craft predates the Stride Rite version by a good while. The card has some tape where it was hung and also a fold in the middle and appears to have been stored that way for quite some time. I tried to show actual condition in pics the best that I coul...d.
