This is an antique - vintage 1940, s era doll's house miniature box packet of cigarettes. These are Player's Navy Cut branded with 20 white plastic sticks in the packet.
In collectable condition with normal signs of age and use wear. No damage from what I can see.
The outer packet has been opened and does have some tiny staining. Please see pictures for more details and visual confirmation of condition.It measures approx. 30mm x 26mm.

Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter.
