Vintage Japanese Black Lacquer Abalone Inlay Cranes Birds Music Jewelry Box Welcome to my auction for this vintage estate fresh find!  This is a gorgeous black lacquerware jewelry box with an elaborate abalone inlay of a crane and other birds in trees and foliage.  The inside is lined in red velvet and has a removable top tray.  It has a working music box that engages when you open the lid.  It measures approx. 8-3/8" across by 6" deep and just o...ver 5" tall.  I noticed a couple of very minor scuffs on the lacquer exterior and the red bracelet holder is loose on the right side as shown.  That is an easy fix with a dab of glue. Thank you for looking and happy eBaying!
