Circa 1960s. Works great. Open the stand, turn it on, and the capsule extends and retracts as the stand closes, whereupon the wheels engage and mystery action moves the capsule fast and crazy. Missing the red plastic exhaust piece. Otherwise beautiful condition. No dents, scrapes, corrosion. Looks almost never used. Measures about 9 inches long, 4 ½ inches wide, 5 ½ inches high. Neat display piece, and a good addition to your vintage tin litho space toy / astronaut memorabilia collec...tion.
