UNTESTED; honestly, I'm very scared of shocking myself, did not test.Being sold "as-is".I was told that it worked the last time it was used (several years ago).
Batteries appear physically OK, but I'm sure they are depleted. I'm including them so you can see what type of battery is required, and maybe they do work.The interior battery ...compartment is very clean.
