~A wonderful antique French fabric ~ SUCH a beautiful print. This print is called a simulated warp print, meant to simulate the more expensive silk fabrics of the day ! ~*~ This fabric was printed using both roller printing techniques and also using hand carved wooden blocks for colors ~ ~ this fabric is a printed cotton, heavy weight with a gentle twill weave. LOVELY tones! The ground is a muted blue and the other colors include: pinks, red, khaki and a lovely muted deep nat...ural purple tone ~ ~ both selvages are present and have been seamed in the past. Lovely for pillows, light upholstery and many other beautiful projects ~*~ ~*~ ( panel 700)
