Vintage 70’s Crewel Work Picture Framed 11”x14” Groovy Mushrooms Floral Fern. Frame has issues- scuffed and discoloration on the yellow frame - see pictures Small area of discoloration on fabric background. I did not attempt to remove it. Personally, there is plenty of background to reframe the piece and completely bypass the spot. It may come clean with little effort.
