This offering is for a vintage early to mid 20th Hand Carved Mask that I believe is from the islands of New Guinea. The mask was carved all in one piece in the half round with a handle extending from the bottom. The overall length is app. 12" and it measures 3.75" wide and 1.5" deep. The condition is excellent with a natural patina and proper high point wear. There is a small flake off of the bottom right front of the face otherwise there are no cracks, breaks or repairs.
