An extremely rare and probably unique early English Shaft and globe wine bottle.These are the earliest wine bottles of glass known in the UK. This bottle can be dated between 1660 and 1670.
The body is larger than usual.Unfortunately the condition is not good, Please read the SECTION ; CONDITION !!!This bottle is a very rare, museum, piece !This bottle came from a very old collection and was very likely excavated many decades ago in the southern part of The Netherlands.
The s...ize is, 20.5cm = 8.07 Inches. ( width: 17cm = 6.7 Inches.)
CONDITION: The bottle was broken in 2 pieces, now glued, Also a long relating crack, Also top DAMAGED !!! + heavy THICK iridescence partly chipped off !!!!!!!!!! ( Only, professional glued, NO restoration !!! ) SEE ALL PHOTOS !!!!
