For bid is an original August 1973 souvenir MENU for a music concert by Karen & Richard Carpenter at the High Sierra Theatre at the SAHARA TAHOE resort at Stateline, Nevada (near California border). This is a fancy August 19, 20, and 21, 1973 souvenir menu and wine list from the concerts held in conjunction with the "AMATEUR CLASSIC" golf tournament there. Front cover has a circular cut through which you can see an illustration of the two singers who made up "CARPENTERS..." during the height of their fame in the rock and roll / pop music charts! Large yellow-and-black menu with white pages inside. food and drink items listed without prices.
Tall menu measures about 12.5 inches tall. Really good condition. Small brown stain above the AR or "CARPENTERS" on the front cover. Some minimal dings. Great piece of music concert memorabilia from the era when Elvis Presley was visiting this same theater.
