This is a standard size pennant (12x30), in excellent condition, made by Wincraft, commemorating the 2016 NBA All Star Game at Toronto. It is the Soft Premium Felt, Roll It Up style pennant. Soft pennant sleeves are available for an additional $l.00. (My pennants are original warehoused stock and have never been owned by anyone else; no pin holes, no dirt and no fading.) Winner pays $4.75 for first class shipping & handling rolled in a tube for delivery anywhere in the USA. This pe...nnant was made to be rolled and rolling it will not cause damage. In an effort to keep shipping costs down, this type of shipping will be automatic. If you prefer to have the pennant shipped flat between sheets of cardboard, please contact me for a price.
