Foxy is one of Steiff's most beloved dogs and he is even more charming in puppet form! This sweet little character has an endearing expression that is hard not to fall in love with. Like other toys of the time, this puppet was finely handcrafted in Germany. His glass eyes are an indication of an early model, likely produced during the 1950s. Steiff uses the nicest mohair plush and it is not a surprise that Foxy presents beautifully even after so many years. He has a hand-st...itched nose, mouth and claws. His head is stuffed with excelsior (wood wool) and has a cardboard finger tube for movement. This darling Foxy Terrier puppet will be a great addition to your toy collection!*
