How good are the prints?Excellent quality! We print on 230gsm brilliant white photographic paper with a matt finish using studio printing techniques assuring you of a high-quality finish.

One evening Stacey Rogers had a vivid pregnancy fuelled dream of a record that was made of song words with a label that told the 'story' of a wedding first dance. Encouraged by the thought of needing extra cash for nappies, a few hours of photoshopping later she sold her first song (John Legend, All of Me, a strong choice) ... she sold another and another and the rest is history.

Order Recieved: Your order is recieved by us with personalisation detailsDesign Created: One of our graphics team will create a unique designItem Printed, Finished and Posted: Your item will be packed and sent the same working day if ordered by 12pmItem Delivered: We use Royal Mail 24hr and 48hr services - tracking is not available however we can let you know if a parcel has had an attempted delivery, prints are simply dealt like letters with no tracibility.

Choose a print only in 23 x 23cm delivered flat or A3 (30 x 42cm) which comes rolled.23 x23cm frames are shadow box composite construction with a perspex front which can be freestanding or wall mounted.30 x 30cm frames are deep edged wood construction with perspex front and wall hanging
How good are the prints?Excellent quality! We print on 230gsm brilliant white photographic paper with a matt finish using studio printing techniques assuring you of a high-quality finish.
Can I have a different colour?Yes! Please be sure to add the name of the colour from our palette you’d like during checkout or you can choose your own.
Can I have a different song?Yes! Please see our store for "any song" listings - this listing is ONLY for the song shown in the title NOT ANY SONG, some images may refer to other songs - this is purely for illustration - this item is for the song in the title of the listing and main image.

My Item arrived damaged – what can you do?Very occasionally our items do get damaged in transit. All breakages will be replaced on 24hr post no questions asked (or 5-7 working day outside the UK).
My item has not arrived – what can I do?For parcels, we can confirm if your item has had an attempted delivery or has been left with a neighbour – prints are like letters – they cannot be traced.Very occasionally items do get lost in the mail - we will not consider an item as lost until 7 working days have passed.
My address was wrong – what can I do?Should an item not be received due to an error in an address it will be the buyer’s responsibility to replace the item - no exceptions.Should an item be received back to us due to an error on the address it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for re-shipment at cost price - no exceptions.
My item has arrived with an error – what can I do? Should an item arrive with errors which were present in the initial specification by the buyer and the draft was not approved OR a draft was approved which it was later found to contain an error there will be a nominal £3.00 charge for a re-print, NO EXCEPTIONS.

One evening Stacey Rogers had a vivid pregnancy fuelled dream of a record that was made of song words with a label that told the 'story' of a wedding first dance. Encouraged by the thought of needing extra cash for nappies, a few hours of photoshopping later she sold her first song (John Legend, All of Me, a strong choice) ... she sold another and another and the rest is history.
We now have 100s of designs and a team of 10 designers and makers who create personalised printed gifts in our studio in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
