This is an Antique / Vintage WWII 1945 U.S. Maritime Commission Chelsea Ships Bell Clock ... It has a 7 1/2 Inch Overall Diameter with the face measuring 5 1/2 Inches...Serial No. 487082 which dates it to approximately 1945...Stamped and marked on the back…The Clock runs and keeps time...At the hour and half hour I can hear the chiming mechanism clicking , but it does not ring the chime…I do not know when it was last serviced...Good Condition. Seems to have a metal body with the Ba...kelite and glass door…Small round access door in back missing...Includes key...Overall still a nice clock as is or to restore…Buyer pays shipping.
