Album cover slicks are used to promote an album when it is first released. They are thin cardboard sheets. The front looks just like the album cover. Usually the back is different. They are the same size (12X12) as an album cover, but they do not hold an album. They were given free to record stores to promote new albums. They are 12 inches tall by 12 inches wide. Some people call these flats. Condition is : M-These is no writing, no tears, no pin holes, and no staple holes.About Me :I started collecting records and Rock N Roll memorabilia in 1966. I started selling records in Goldmine in 1985. I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Port Townsend, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. On Discogs I am 'Fragilerecords'. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home. I am a record collector, not a DJ, so I almost never play my records. I only have a few fanzines, posters, slicks, press kits, and flyers.Packaging :I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. They will be sealed inside an inner clear plastic album sleeve. I will package these flat, like a record. I use hand cut composite cardboard that won't get bent. The package will say "Fragile Records" in red on both sides. Postage : Weight : 19 ouncesThe winner has to pay for the postage. This will be sent by Media mail to a US winner.
