This is vintage artist distressed Hammer N' Smith Mary Carson Dee's Delights miniature wringer washer. (A kind Ebayer updated me on this information) Washer's original design is by Jacqueline Deiber and manufactured by Dee's Delight. Mary Carson of Hammer N' Smith distressed it. She was known to put the emblem HS (Hammer N' Smith) on some of her distressed items as seen on the front of this washer. Looks to be "worn" and gives an authentic feel to it.
