Rare vintage 1948 ISRAEL POSTAGE STAMP block of four DOAR IVRI 10 mils value XLNT no reserve!Offered for purchase is this nice block of four 10 mils value postage stamps from Israel circa 1948. It came out of a collector's book of Israel postage stamps which came out of an estate. Outside dimensions of the stamp block including the margins are 55 mm x 66 mm. Condition is excellent as shown in the photo. The block is lightly hinged in the margin only. Postage stamps ...are not my area of expertise and I know little about postage grading.
