This hand painted charger reflects the style of earlier Italian masters
who painted objects with artistic images of Renaissance life.
This charger displays a charming scene depicting a young woman and angels.
Due to the glazes used and the firing process, the charger still showcases the
vivid and earthy colors which have retained their brilliance over the years.
The charger is in extremely good condition with age related glaze lines.
There are no chi...ps or cracks.
The size measures approximately 13 ¾" in diameter.
Circa 1880's SIGNED TO BACK:
MAKERS MARK OF ACHILLE MOLLICA OF NAPLES.
Back is mounted with a string wall hanger.
