Obtaining Certificate: No seller can't describe item 100% correct unless it comes... with a certificate. Most sellers including myself sells based on experience not on expertise, so if more time is needed for the certification please let me know so I can hold your payment. If the certificate comes not as described you will get your full refund plus I will pay the cost of the return. But I can't pay the cost of the certificate even if comes not as described.
Each stamp is unique so I will never use a stock photo.
