A stunning antique fully hallmarked silver (Birmingham 1897) golf vesta case that has a coloured golf scene with a lady golfer in period attire to front. Nicely patterned to front and back. Maker J.W for Joseph Whitten. Measures 1 5/8" x 1 1/4" (42 x 32mm). This measurement does not include the top 2 ring! Weighs 20.1g. In excellent condition with no dents just a couple of very, tiny (hardly noticeable 'dings'. Closes nice and tightly with a good 'snap'. A wonderful highly collectable ...piece that displays superbly!
