Original Description:
These were used by James W Witherspoon in combat during World War One. I got them from his granddaughter. Other items of his including his certificate for being wounded in combat are listed. Complete with straps and case. Binoculars appear to be in very good condition. Exceptional for the age. Rare clean and sound condition. Please see ohotos. The case is decent but the straps are broken. Straps for the binoculars are included and not broken but are hard to get through the eyelets so I... am not trying. The strap is all together but I don’t want to risk doing anything by forcing anything. Leather is pliable but may split. I don’t know. Please see photos for exact description and condition.
