From my enormous collection of Ham and CB radio literature and manuals, this is a rare, used original brochure for the SBE Sidebander IV SSB/AM Mobile CB transceiver.
SBE stood for "Side Band Engineers" and back in the day their SSB radios were top performers and premium priced.
