A rare Christmas card from Princess Diana and Prince Charles. This one is particularly unusual as it is hand signed and inscribed by Diana first - From Diana and Charles.The prince always almost signed his name first, mainly as most of the cards were sent to the royal household and his friends or dignitaries who would expect the card to come from him and his wife. Diana only signed her name first to her friends, mainly from her Nursery teaching days.
Hand inscribed by the princess '...Jan' and then hand signed at the conclusion 'from Diana' with Charles then adding his name.Comes with the original envelope and the princesses 'D' to the lower left corner (usually this is a 'C')Excellent condition and highly unusual.
